We built the operating layer that enterprise innovation companies were missing.
Before Sustainable Talent, our CEO spent years at Microsoft watching global teams burn time on fragmented vendors, inconsistent compliance, and contractor programs that nobody owned end-to-end. We built this to fix exactly that.
Our mission
One accountable operating model for the world's most demanding enterprises.
Contingent workforce programs fail for a predictable reason: too many vendors, too little visibility, and no single party accountable for the result. We combine specialized talent, contractor lifecycle operations, and program governance into a single system — so enterprise teams can move at product speed without accumulating compliance risk.
Origin story
Built from the inside out.
Our founder spent years at Microsoft managing contingent workforce programs across multiple geographies. The problem was the same everywhere: a patchwork of staffing vendors, a VMS nobody trusted, and compliance gaps that only surfaced at audit time.
Sustainable Talent was built to replace that model entirely. Not with another platform. Not with another staffing agency. With a governed operating layer — specialists matched to critical work, lifecycle operations built in, and a team accountable for the result.
Today we run contractor programs for NVIDIA, MongoDB, Ford, Box, and a growing roster of Fortune 500 innovation companies. The infrastructure is the same across every client. The accountability is constant.
How we operate
Three components. One operating model.
Specialized talent
Pre-vetted contractors matched to critical roles in AI, engineering, automotive, cloud, and enterprise technology. Not a pool. A curated network.
Lifecycle operations
End-to-end contractor management — sourcing, onboarding, payroll, compliance, renewals, and offboarding — handled by a dedicated team, not a ticket queue.
Program governance
TalentOS gives enterprise leaders real-time visibility into headcount, spend, and compliance status across every program and every country. One system of record.
What we believe
The principles behind the operating model.
Accountability over coverage
We don't win on headcount or vendor-neutral pools. We win because someone at Sustainable Talent is accountable for every contractor, every program, every day.
Governance built in, not bolted on
Compliance isn't a checkbox. It's an operating principle. Every engagement is structured to be audit-ready from day one — across every jurisdiction we operate in.
Operators, not order-takers
Our team runs programs. We don't fill requisitions and wait for feedback. We own the outcome — and we measure ourselves against it.
Infrastructure thinking
We build systems that scale. The same operating model that works for a 50-contractor program in the US works for a 500-contractor program across 30 countries.
A legacy MSP
Scale and volume. Vendor-neutral pools. Account teams with no accountability for the result.
Another platform
A login and a dashboard. Workflow software that assumes your team will govern itself. No people. No accountability.
Workforce Infrastructure
A scalable framework for engaging and managing contractors across domestic and international markets — with lifecycle operations, governance, and TalentOS visibility built in as one system.
For enterprise innovation companies
Send me a note with "workforce infrastructure."
If you're managing a contingent workforce program and want to understand what a governed operating model looks like in practice — I'm happy to be a sounding board.
